I am not one to step up on the public soapbox, but I am a little incensed today.
In the last two days, 4 submissives I follow here have made public complaints about people approaching them and demanding service and reverence from first contact. One of them in particular was very confused and torn up about it and that prompted me to write this.
So ahead is the dirty secret of the D/s relationship. If you are new to being a Dom or if you are a “True Master” then please read. I warn you submissives out there that there are spoilers ahead. It would be advisable to make sure the one you are beholden to is ok with you reading on. :)

In the D/s relationship power radiates from the submissive. It starts when the submissive agrees to surrender their will to you. From that moment on she (or he) may be your cherished little pet or your cumslut whore, but the very moment before that they were an independent person craving and needing someone worthy of putting them in their place. In that moment they may surrender all their free will to you and now are no more then objects to be used at your pleasure, but that framework is a conscious construct and not a de facto truth.
So if you believe that someone calling themselves a submissive is automatically beneath you and that your authority is implicit in your title of “Master” then with my heart open and with all the sincerity I can muster… fuck off. you are a disgrace to everything a Daddy/ Sir / Master stands for.
